Make the title translatable?

[Feature request]

Updated to a new version of Inkscape (1.4.2) and saw that the menuitem "Raster perspective" is not localized, even though its subitem "Perspective" is translated to my language. Filed a bug (https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/-/issues/12873) before verifying that I must have installed the extension previously.

BTW the extension works fine, thanks a lot!

But having "Raster perspective" sticking out in the Extensions-menu in a foreign language makes me wish for it to be translatable.

I've tested translating "Raster perspective" on line 9 in .config/inkscape/extensions/org.inkscape.extension.31132/InkRasterPerspective/imagePerspective.inx which works, but which will probably be overwritten in future upgrades.

Any chance of making "Raster perspective" localizable?

In the PO-file (and therefore also in the MO-file) there are the folloving strings:

msgid "Perspective"
msgstr "Fjarvídd"

Which is a translation for the Envelope tool, but seems to be picked up for the submenu item.
So the main thing would be to get "Raster perspective" somehow into the POT-file, logically it should be picked up by gettext or some other mechanism.
