Hello everyone,
I tried to connect a TSOL-MX1000 inverter without success; it's not in the list of supported inverters.
I can't validate the configuration in TSUN-Proxy.

Model: TSOL-MX1000
Inverter SN: Y00119344080xxxA
Monitoring SN: 209xxxxxxx
TSUN-Proxy version: 0.15.0-rel

Is there a solution?

Hello @Arsenic51 ,

you can try the 0.16 Proxy Dev Version. This version has a first support for the MX3000D inverter and maybe this will also work with your inverter.

With the dev Version it should be possible to connect to the inverter with the client mode over Port 8899. If you can establish a connection, we have to check wich kind of register set your inverter support. For this you can search in the TSUN App for the sensor list or the name the upload file. If you find one of this, please post ist here in the forum.

please check your serial number. I think your is one character too long. As I know all serial numbers have 16 digits - Yours have 17. Maybe a typo?

Indeed, the serial number was incorrect.

Now I have a connection, but no sensor data is being received. I'm not seeing any data packets.

Thanks Stefan, there's progress.
I set sensor_list to 523.

Now Home Assistant discovers two MQTT devices:

• Proxy
• Controller - Roof

The controller publishes:

• IP_Address
• Heartbeat_Interval
• Polling_Interval
• Data_Up_Interval
• Collect_Interval

But no inverter device is created and no PV sensors (power, voltage, current, energy) are published.

Logs now show:
Use sensor-list: 0x20b
EMU send_data_cb, sensor_list: 0x20b

Hello @Arsenic51,

that's great. Now I know that inverters with a Y00 serial number can have different sensor_list IDs. I started yesterday developing a detection code for that.

The inverter normally will be added, when the measurements are changing. But maybe there is a bug in my code, which we have to find. But first please wait a little bit if they come with a delay.

I implemented a detection algorithm. Pls update to version 0.16.0-dev-2606141754 and remove your sensor_list setting in your config.

In the trace you should see something like

MQTT data is now correctly published to the tsun/inv_1/... topics, and Home Assistant is receiving these messages.

MQTT discovery is enabled in Home Assistant with the prefix homeassistant.

However, no messages are published to homeassistant/#, even after restarting the add-on.

My current configuration contains:

mqtt:

user: ...
passwd: ...

ha: {}

Do I need to explicitly enable or configure MQTT Discovery publishing in the ha section? Can you tell me the expected configuration for Home Assistant entities to be created automatically?

When I see it correctly, you have still the sonar_list value set to 523. You should clear the value or set it to 0, because 523 is not the proper value...
