As admins would have to reconfigure why not simply including the remoteExec permissions directly into the mod? Tested it the other way via custom server side mod only utilizing class CfgRemoteExec > class Functions including mode =1; and at least it stopped complaining about remoteExec of ASLR_Hide_Object_Global.
With your considerations about mission specific CfgRemoteExec (BI Wiki) mission makers still can override and this should work.
