Managing comments not working in 5.0.6

Describe the bug

1. Teachers cannot manage the questions and comments in the overview

2. 2. To Reproduce

3. Open PDF activity with comments

4. Overview

5. Click on gear on the right side

6. nothing happens

Expected behavior
being able to manage the comments

Additional context
In Safari we can see "[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (styles.css.map, line 0)"
