nothing happens when you launch the application

from 1.03c (excluded), after clicking on the exe, nothing happens. I tried with 1.05, 1.05b (with .Net Framework 4.8 and Package redistribuable Microsoft Visual C ++), 1.04 and 1.04b.

the file config.json is created then nothing.

I'm on windows 10 Professional 64 bits.

Same for me, all windows updates done and 4.8 install with redistribuable C++.
Can launch 1.03c but no other 1sss update works.
