egui text input: keyboard does not pop up

tried both agtk-egui and na-egui on
android 9 (28) with latest ndk. Multitouch example also doesn't work properly.

I think it's a problem with egui, since using the official egui website on mobile doesn't pop up the keyboard, at least no easily. Here's a possibly related issue.

I think this can be closed since I've recently updated most of the examples, including na-egui and agdk-egui and tested that the keyboard shows.

At least for na-egui it's likely that this PR fixed showing the keyboard: rust-mobile/android-activity#178

Please re-open if you find the keyboard doesn't show with the updated examples.

Note there are still limitations with Egui text input since NativeActivity doesn't support input methods and can only forward physical key characters that some keyboards support (for ascii input) and although GameActivity has input method support that still needs to be plumbed though Winit + Egui.
