[discussion] Split app into 2: datadeck + github csv editor

This app now does 2 things:

• DataDeck - in-browser app for doing data projects backed onto gists
• ProseForRows - Github CSV Editor (name tbc) - edit github csvs

Aside: we could swap the names (DataDeck for github csv thing) and have another name for DataDeck ...

There is a lot of commonality but there are also differences and it is better from both user and dev point on view for "one app to do one thing" (well).
