Color line at top of full screeen widows + maximize/restore button the same

I use the Solarized-Dark-Orange-3.36_2.0.4 from here https://www.pling.com/p/1308808 and have this issue:
When some applications are full screen (Thunar file manager e.g.), there is an orange border on the top of the window.

Also the restore down button is the same as the maximize button.
I use Xfce DE.
