2017-06-02 v8-stable/epel-7 repo data incorrect

The filelist sqlite file is missing the RPMS/ prefix from each package in the packages.location_href column. The previous repo data from 2017-05-31 is correct. This error is preventing yum from properly downloading packages (getting nothing but 404s on the repo server).

FYI: I was able to temporarily patch it locally by doing createrepo -q -s sha -o . -p -u 'http://mirrors.int.clayton.edu/rsyslog/v8-stable/epel-7/x86_64/RPMS/' 'RPMS/' from the x86_64 directory. I could not figure out how to get it to prefix the location_href column with RPMS/.
