Expand toward ~100 sourced elements (Foundations layer + themed packs) #1

Description

@royashbrook

Goal

Grow from the current 31 elements toward a round, marketable ~100, framed academically and non-confrontationally — e.g. "~100 sourced factors that institutions, actuaries, and algorithms already use to price a life." Never "judge you."

The richest vein: a "Foundations" layer

The floor you're standing on — delivers the "you're already ahead of most humans in history" perspective in safe, cited language. Mostly starting_point tier, additive (you have it → points). Sourced to UN / WHO / World Bank:

  • Access to clean water, sanitation, electricity, internet
  • Food security, childhood vaccination, literacy
  • Born outside active conflict, rule of law, primary schooling access
    ~15–20 elements.

Other veins

  • Health: dental, mental-health access, chronic conditions, diet quality
  • Finance: retirement savings, insurance coverage, financial literacy, credit-score band
  • Work: job security, union, automation exposure
  • Modern/digital: data-broker exposure, algorithmic screening

Rollout

Ship as themed packs (Foundations, Modern/Digital, …), each a marketable drop. Each element is real sourcing work (~half a day to cite). This is a content marathon, not a sprint.

Constraints (carry from v2)

  • Position × weight contract; bounds [0,1] or [0,∞]; negative floors only where the cited system subtracts.
  • Every element: logic, source (url + accessed), weightRationale, plain-language help.
  • Keep the dark Fraunces aesthetic.

Deferred from the readability/UX batch (definitions, presets, top-movers, mobile share) which ships first.
