Hide option to add new activity when logged in

When I'm logged in and I access the activity screen I get an "Add new activity" form and have to scroll to see other activities. The form should be hidden (press a + button to show it) such that even a logged in user could, by default, see the list of activities. Or it could be a link to an "Add activity" page similar to the events screen.
