Windows downloads missing several cursors

Just as it says, both the link to the install in the instructions on the github page as well as going to the releases yourself will result in downloading a file (for both dark and dawn cursors) that is missing several of the most important cursors.

+1, trying the cursors on Windows now makes the help pointer be the default since the default/busy are not in the pack.

Hello fellow Rose pine Windows friends, I have identified the issues with the install files so before I create a PR to fix it properly, I thought I'd give y'all the quick fix.

Problems in install.inf

• Wreg was missing 7 of the 15 standard Windows cursor type assignments: Arrow (default pointer), IBeam (text), No (unavailable/blocked), SizeNS (vertical resize), SizeWE (horizontal resize), SizeNWSE (diagonal), and SizeNESW (diagonal)
• Scheme.Reg had the 15 cursors in a scrambled order. Windows requires them in a fixed sequence to display the scheme preview correctly in the Mouse settings panel
• Correct order is:
  • Arrow
  • Help
  • AppStarting
  • Wait
  • Crosshair
  • IBeam
  • NWPen
  • No
  • SizeNS
  • SizeWE
  • SizeNWSE
  • SizeNESW
  • SizeAll
  • UpArrow
  • Hand

Below you will find the repaired install file contents for both color schemes

1. You must replace the contents of the broken install.inf in the extracted directory.
2. Right click install.inf.
3. Choose Install.

4. Follow the instructions in the popup window.
5. You may need to log out and back in, or go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Mouse → Additional mouse settings → Pointers tab and select the scheme from the dropdown.

So a bit more digging revealed the root cause: releases were built with an old version of clickgen. This was fixed upstream in https://github.com/ful1e5/clickgen/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md (December 2023). Rebuilding with clickgen >= 2.2.0 should resolve it.
