Is it possible to have the tooltip move along with the mouse?

I really wanted to thank the developer for this awesome library.

One problem I am facing is that is it possible to move the tooltip along with the cursor?
I have a tooltip in an entire div but the tooltip remains fixed when I hove the cursor along with it.
