Describe your issue
Whenever I launch BetterAudio, which I love, it prompts me to update. I have gone through the odd update process a few times and the app is up-to-date but then prompts again to update. I am running 26.5.6 (17).
Why is the update such a non standard process? The app can't just be updated by itself instead of "The update has been downloaded. Please drag the new BetterAudio app to your Applications folder to complete the installation."
Steps to reproduce
- Open app
- Get prompted to update
- Update
- Quit app
- Open app
- Get prompted to update
What was the expected result?
The update version is recognized and sticks.
