SidekickAI is an AI-powered executive assistant designed to help users manage communications, organize information, identify priorities, and streamline day-to-day workflows.
Depending on the features available to your account, SidekickAI may provide functionality such as:
- Synchronizing communications from connected services.

- Generating executive summaries and daily briefings.
- Identifying priorities, deadlines, pending work, and potential risks.
- Suggesting follow-up actions.
- Preparing draft replies and other communication content.
- Working with supported calendar and productivity services.
- Running supported background processing and automation tasks.
- Maintaining relevant information and context to improve the Service.
Features may change over time as the Service is developed. Certain features may be unavailable, limited, experimental, or introduced at a later date.
Some features of SidekickAI require an account.
When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to:

When you connect an external service, you authorize SidekickAI to access the information and perform the actions covered by the permissions you grant.
The functionality of an integration depends on the relevant third-party service, your account type, the permissions granted, API availability, and any restrictions imposed by the provider.
Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and usage requirements.
When you connect a Google account, SidekickAI may request access to Gmail and, where enabled, Google Calendar.
Depending on the permissions granted and the features you use, SidekickAI may:
- Read and synchronize supported Gmail messages.
- Analyze synchronized communications.
- Identify relevant priorities, deadlines, and action items.
- Generate summaries and executive briefings.
- Prepare draft email replies.
- Perform supported email actions when the required authorization is available.
- Access relevant Google Calendar information when Calendar integration is enabled.
SidekickAI only receives access through the permissions granted during Google's authorization process.
You can revoke the application's Google authorization through your Google Account settings.
Google services are provided by Google and remain subject to Google's policies, terms, API requirements, and availability.
SidekickAI uses automated processing and AI models to provide features such as summarization, classification, prioritization, drafting, and executive briefings.
AI-generated results are produced from the information available to the Service at the time of processing. They may occasionally contain mistakes, omissions, incorrect interpretations, or outdated information.
SidekickAI does not guarantee that AI-generated results will always be complete or accurate.
Users should review important information before relying on it, particularly where a decision or external communication depends on the result.
SidekickAI may prepare suggested replies, recommended actions, or other content based on connected information.
These suggestions are provided to assist the user and do not necessarily represent the user's views, intentions, or instructions.
Where the Service provides an action that can send, modify, delete, or otherwise affect information in a connected service, the action may require user approval or authorization depending on the feature and integration.
Users are responsible for reviewing important drafts and actions before approving or sending them.
SidekickAI may provide background processing and automation features, including Auto Pilot where available.
These features may allow the Service to monitor supported connected sources, process incoming information, prepare drafts, identify relevant actions, or perform other supported tasks according to the configuration of the Service.
The scope and availability of automation features may vary by version, account, integration, and feature status.
Features identified in the application as unavailable, experimental, or coming soon should not be considered active production functionality.
Users are responsible for reviewing the integrations and permissions associated with their account before enabling any automation feature.
SidekickAI relies on external services, APIs, authentication providers, hosting infrastructure, and network connectivity.
An integration or feature may become temporarily unavailable because of service outages, API rate limits, authentication problems, changes to API requirements, deprecation of an API or feature, changes to third-party policies, account restrictions, or network and infrastructure problems.
SidekickAI is not responsible for interruptions or limitations caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.
You must not use SidekickAI to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
- Circumvent authentication, security, or access controls.
- Introduce malware or other malicious code.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SidekickAI or connected services.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Forge or manipulate communication headers or metadata.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive communications.
- Abuse third-party APIs or violate their applicable terms.
- Use the Service in a manner that could reasonably cause harm to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.

When you connect an external service, SidekickAI may process information obtained through that connection in order to provide the features you request.
The information processed depends on the integration, permissions granted, and features enabled on your account.
You should only connect accounts and information that you are authorized to access and share with the Service.

You may stop using SidekickAI or disconnect supported integrations at any time.
Disconnecting an integration prevents future access through that authorization, subject to the operation of the relevant third-party service.

Certain information may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, service integrity, or other legitimate operational purposes.

SidekickAI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its components, including its software, source code, interface, design, branding, logos, graphics, documentation, workflows, and other original materials.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Service or its proprietary components.
Your use of SidekickAI does not transfer ownership of the Service or its intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of content and communications that belong to you.
When you use SidekickAI features that require the processing of your content, you grant SidekickAI the limited permissions reasonably necessary to provide those features. This may include storing, processing, analyzing, transforming, and transmitting the relevant information through the Service and its authorized infrastructure or service providers.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to SidekickAI.
SidekickAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
- The Service will be free from errors or defects.
- AI-generated information will always be accurate or complete.
- Summaries, priorities, recommendations, or drafts will always be appropriate.
- Third-party integrations will remain available or unchanged.
- Every error or software issue will be corrected immediately.
- The Service will meet every particular personal, professional, or business requirement.
SidekickAI is an assistance tool and should not be relied upon as a substitute for appropriate human review or professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SidekickAI and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, partners, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:
- AI-generated content or recommendations.
- Incorrect summaries, classifications, priorities, or drafts.
- Actions performed through connected services.
- Third-party service interruptions or changes.
- Loss, corruption, or unavailability of data.
- Unauthorized access or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
- Changes or failures affecting third-party APIs or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may suspend or terminate access to SidekickAI where reasonably necessary, including when:
- You materially breach these Terms.
- The Service is being misused or abused.
- There is suspected unauthorized or harmful activity.
- Continued access creates a security or operational risk.
- Required by law or by a third-party service provider.
- A relevant service or integration is discontinued.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before taking such action.
Following termination, access to the Service may cease and connected integrations may be disconnected.
The handling of information following termination is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention practices.
SidekickAI is continuously developed and may change over time.
We may add, modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features, integrations, AI models, providers, workflows, or other parts of the Service.
Some features may be introduced gradually or made available only to certain users or accounts.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service functional as it evolves, but we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice through the Service or another appropriate method.
The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the updated version.
Your continued use of SidekickAI after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SidekickAI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
