Has the theme crashed?

All of a sudden, the Flexibase theme isn't displaying properly and two warnings regarding browser compatibility are displaying on the top of the page (see attached image). However, I'm using the same Chrome and Firefox versions as before. This happened while working on a database activity.

Could you help determine if this is widespread or if it is just something happening locally with my specific university's course site?

Moodle version and Browser versions?
Nothing has been changed in the theme itself, but that looks as though the browser testing is picking up a lack of support for flexbox layouts, which is strange if nothing has changed...
Hmmm, could be a JS clash with something added preventing the Modernizr script running?
Not having any issues on my test site at the moment...
