Add a layout mode for the EPUB reader with UX similar to the scrolling image reader.
The reader should continuously scroll the whole book, including across chapters/pages.
Subpage progress still has to be handled, meaning pages will probably still have to be reflown in the background order to determine the subpage checkpoints during scroll.
