i'm incredibly new to this software and have no coding experience, how can i make a wallpaper change based on the time?

like i said in the title, i want a way to make my wallpaper change based on the time (i.e wallpaper A at 7 am, wallpaper B at 12 pm, wallpaper c at 6 pm). i heard about a wallpaper playlist feature, but i couldn't find it in the menus. I also downloaded something from here called "lively command utility" hoping it would maybe be an easier way to edit things, but the "livelycu" application inside it isn't even opening.

GPT-6 made mine. It has a live clock, date, and weather display. I also animated the candle flames and the clock itself, and I made the rocks hover in the air.
