Plan status shows "Free" after purchase

Description

It looks like after a user purchases a plan, their plan status still shows as "Free" in a few places instead of updating correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Purchase a plan as a user
2. Check Audit logs → status shows correctly here
3. Check Organizations page → plan still shows "Free"
4. Check Users > View > Transaction history → appears empty, no record of the transaction

Expected vs Actual Behavior

Expected behavior:
Ideally, the plan should update to the purchased plan across all sections (Organizations, Users, Transaction history) right after purchase.

Actual behavior:
Audit logs: shows correct status
Organizations: still shows "Free"
Transaction history: appears empty
