Getting ready for Spring quarter (CSE 418 C)

We will have students jump right into labs on Week 1 this year, so we need to make sure that the computers are ready for that by Week 1 and that our labs for week 1 are up to date. Here's the link to the wiki with the labs.

• Question: which version of Ubuntu and ROS should we be using?
• TODO: install the right version of Ubuntu and ROS on all computers
• TODO: update lab 0 and lab 1
• TODO: Bring Fetch to CSE 130 (capstone room)

We have March 17 as our scheduled date for moving into the capstone room.
