Add 'regression' line series type

This visualization draws a straight line, given a slope and intercept.

Important note: it does not alter the chart's scale at all. The line must fit within the existing data points. If it doesn't, then it's not drawn.

Deliverable: demo of the above feature inside a scatter plot.
