(opt-in) handle tracking of books not in TBR if they have hardcover-edition identifier

if the hardcover edition mapping has already been done by the hardcover calibre plugin, optionally remove the requirement for the book to be in TBR list before tracking

Is this the issue where I receive

18:40:09 ERRO failed to update reading status target=hardcover book=Terremer error="Book not found in User Books - Skipping"

Because I had not set it in my Currently Reading list?
I was about to create an issue about this (I’ve set the hardcover identifiers thanks to the Calibre plugin).

Yep that's exactly why - I didn't notice that I neglected to document that fact entirely 🤦🏻

I added it as a safety net so that random books don't get added to your profile (as if it's not in your currently reading or plan to read lists I can't guarantee what edition you've selected)

sorry for the lack of updates on this - I'm doing a rework of the codebase at the moment (on and off) which will include this as well as a few of the other issues
