After typing something in, dragging a file inside window will always open a new window

Steps to reproduce

1. First, open notepad3
2. Second, randomly type something in the current window
3. Then open a file by dragging this file into the window
4. And notepad3 will somehow always open this file in new window

Expected behavior

It may happen 1 of these 3, depending on your settings:

1. Open this file in new window;
2. Overwhelm the current editing file in this window;
3. Ask me whether to overwhelm

Actual behavior

4. And notepad3 will somehow always open this file in new window

Additional context

I don't know whether I can change this settings somewhere, so I asked this for help. Many thanks! Or if there is no this setting, may it be better to add it into settings? Since sometimes we may discard what we are writing, or may not be disturbed by too many windows.

• I can reproduce this on a clean install (or a fresh INI via Notepad3 /i), not only with my customized config.
• If attaching Notepad3.ini: I've reviewed it for sensitive entries ([Recent Files], [Recent Find], [Recent Replace], Favorites=, DefaultDirectory=) and redacted what I don't want to share publicly.
