CMIP6_CVs version attribute

in order to find CMIP6_CVs version, dr2xml looks for "latest_tag_point" in metadata part of CMIP6_CVs. It seems the "latest_tag_point" attribute is not used anymore in latest CMIP6_CVs version and has been replaced by "CV_collection_version". Conclusion : latest dr2xml version + latest CMIP6_CVs version does not work !

OK. Converting latest_tag_point to an attribute will be dropped in version 1.0. And you will use argument 'attributes' of create_file_defs to provide the tag you wish (key and value)
