docs(tutorials): checkpoint-execution validation pass — run every track's checkpoints against a scaffolded app

Split out of #661 (beta.8) at close: the quality wave shipped complete path-labeled runnable code blocks, de-risked new typed examples with real deno check runs, and kept docs verify green — but did not scaffold and run each tutorial app end-to-end, so "every chapter's checkpoint actually executed" remains unproven for all tracks except erp-sync ch3.

Scope

One scaffolded app per series (storefront, workspace, erp-sync, live-dashboard, chat); execute each chapter's checkpoint commands; fix drift found; record per-chapter evidence.

Acceptance

• Every published tutorial chapter's checkpoint executed against a real scaffolded app, evidence recorded per chapter.
• Any content drift found is fixed; docs verify + grep gates green.

Why: the beta.10 non-dashboard stream is being closed out ahead of the incoming dashboard prototype, and this is the largest remaining item in it. The scope is a full end-to-end validation pass — scaffold one app per tutorial series (storefront, workspace, erp-sync, live-dashboard, chat), then execute every chapter's checkpoint against it and fix whatever drift that surfaces. That is a real execution wave, not a docs edit, and it cannot be done credibly in the tail of a release.

Its P2 priority reflects that: the tutorials ship complete, path-labeled, deno check-verified runnable blocks today (delivered by #661). What remains unproven is that each chapter's checkpoint executes against a real scaffolded app — true for every track except erp-sync ch3. That is a correctness-assurance gap worth closing properly, with per-chapter evidence, rather than rushing it.
