Scope
One-click convergence + release-skill integration: a netscript deploy <target> init|up flow that captures one-time config/secrets then converges, and folding deploy into the deterministic one-shot release skill so a release can publish + deploy in one gated command.
Target / adapter
CLI convergence (all shipped targets) + release skill.
Acceptance criteria
netscript deploy <target> init captures config/secrets once; up converges idempotently.- Deploy step integrated into the release skill behind the release gate.
- E2E: init→up round-trips for at least the marquee (Deno Deploy) + compose targets.
Dependencies
S5 (#341) + S6 (#342) + S7 (#343) + the release skill — all three target slices CLOSED; this slice is unblocked and ready.
Tier / phase
Epic-internal phase 5. Live milestone: 0.0.1-beta.5 (milestone field is authoritative; earlier "Deferred to stable" wording predated the roadmap-expansion re-forecast).
