Bonds not displayed in debug layer

Bonds are a standard feature of the API, like the proximity threshholds, but there is no representation of them other than an attractive force in the debug layer. Some visualisation of what current bonds are present should be made.

Hmm weet niet of dat echt nodig is tbh. We visualiseren ook Anchor niet (zou ook niet weten hoe), dus waarom Bond wel? Maar als je het toch belangrijk genoeg vindt kun je het altijd toevoegen natuurlijk
