[Feature]: Show date on changelog timestamps

Problem

Since the the steam controller stock doesn't have much changes for the past 24hrs, having only the time when the change happened is not that useful anymore.

Proposed Solution

Can you show the date on the first column of the changelog section? It can also be a tooltip to avoid messing up the layout.

Hey @jcdeoferio, put together a few PRs that address this:

#4 - Date separators: Changelog entries are grouped by date with headers (Today, Yesterday, or weekday + date like "Mon, May 4"). Entries within each group show just the time since the date is clear from the header.

#6 - Relative timestamps: Timestamps across the app now show relative time ("5s ago", "12m ago", "2h ago"). For changelog entries older than today, the display switches to clock time (e.g. "06:34 PM") since the date context from the separator makes that more useful than "1d ago". Absolute datetime is available via tooltip on hover. Timestamps update live, adapting the refresh rate based on what's displayed.
