Hi today I faced a problem that shecanman (actually shecan) wasn't working.
I used shecanman status to see if shecan is on or not. It said it's working. It didn't work for 5 minutes so I went to shecan.ir and I saw it hasn't written that shecan is on. It was actually an internal error of shecan itself and it was working after 15 minutes.
So, I think the method you're using to check if shecan is on or not is to check /etc/resolv.conf file But it has a problem and that is if shecan has a problem, You may have used the correct DNS but it won't work(because shecan is not OK!)
I made an JS Script that make a request to shecan.ir and sees if it has written that it's on or not.

I think it's better to use the site checking and if you want you can use mine :)
