feat: add repository link into plugin info

Feature description

A button that allows you to go directly to the repository of the creator of the plugin or the theme

Motivation

In this client mod it is unnecessarily complicated to find the plugin creator's repositories

This is a good idea but the issue is there's not really a reliable way to automatically find the creators repository for all plugins.

Even non-automatic would be good, it would greatly reduce the problem by making it mandatory for the release, as is done in betterdiscord
