feat: import settings from file

Feature description

it would be nice if we could activate plugins and themes and stuff just by giving it a single .json file. also no clue if this is possible but it would be really cool to be able to take your vencord settings.json file and use it with revenge with some conversion process

Motivation

this would make it simpler and easier to keep settings between devices or if you have to reinstall for some reason. the vencord porting is just so it can match your desktop

okay i somehow didnt see that this was already suggested even though i looked but i feel the vencord part makes it different enough
