The TMCRA runtime reranker checkpoint at
02-tmcra-memory-api/models/tmcra_v3_reranker.pt is included under this
project's Apache-2.0 distribution. Third-party model weights referenced by
component 10 are not redistributed; consult each model's own license before
use.
