Why predict.py is required

The tool is great to build the image and deploy the model.
A question is about why a predict.py is required? Does it make sense to include some predictors for Transformer and Diffuser and users can specify it in the cog.yaml file.

The Predictor type and predict.py have both been deprecated. If it makes sense to add similar functionality to the modern run api, feel free to open a new ticket.
