[Bug]: On BOM import it adds those parts to the inventory

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

I only put a single cap in my inventory. I went to add a BOM and all the parts in the BOM are added to my inventory and so I am told I can make 1 PCB which of course is impossible as I only have x100 0805 caps.

Would you like to attach your appsetings.json configuration?

Hi @buccaneer-jak - Are you still experiencing this issue? I can't seem to reproduce it. I've added a PCB, a single part in stock, and out of stock parts and it won't let me produce anything. I've also tried this with non-inventory (unassociated) parts. Some fixes were made in v2.6.23 that may or may not have affected this.

I'm having this same issue. Seems to only happen when the imported parts were not previously a part in inventory.
