Install/Run Problems

There is obviously something very basic that I'm missing. I want to give Binner a try and have tried installing on Ubuntu 24.04 as well as Windows 11. All the instructions say to extract the archive, run it, then go to https://localhost:8090 in the browser. On both Windows and Ubuntu I get a screen of text

so I assume there is more setup that needs to be done but I haven't found any step-by-step documentation for doing so. What am I missing?

I need to update this. Yesterday I saw that there was a new release (2.6.21) so I deleted everything I had tried previously, and downloaded and ran the new release and it works fine! So I am up and running.

Hi @criageek - good to hear. We had just switched to a new deployment system a few weeks ago, and I think somehow a bad deployment prevented it from working in environments other than Windows. I'm not exactly sure what the cause was, but I tested the last release and I also confirmed it is working. Thanks for also confirming this!
