Change the _baseURI to https://ipfs.io/ipfs/QmVrsYxXh5PzTfkKZr1MfUN6PotJj8VQkGQ3kGyBNVKtqp/.
it says in step 4 of NFT course but the answer files specifies a different URI so the test won't pass
