Add Redis support — both cloud and local — and research KV stores more broadly.
Scope
- Local Redis: allow spin-up (Docker manager, similar to existing engines).
- Cloud Redis: connection support.
- Investigate whether spin-up should go via Drizzle, or whether KV stores warrant a separate engine abstraction entirely.
Research questions
- Does Drizzle meaningfully support Redis/KV, or is a dedicated KV engine cleaner?
- What query/mutation UX makes sense for a KV store inside Dora (vs. relational grid)?
