Frame producer/consumer datasets as scopes for the data-engineering vertical (not web APIs). The existing drift guard (prism check / StaleProjectionStubError, round 4) is already contract-drift CI enforcement; refs model cross-dataset keys. The open build is a thin per-projection JSON-Schema / Avro emitter.
Boundary: no serialization-format runtime, no schema-registry client, and no backward/forward compatibility checking. Emit shape, not a compat engine.
