It seems the modchip firmware has trouble performing writes to certain Micron eMMCs, though the init and read succeeds if I'm understanding the LED error codes correctly (long long short long = BCT copy failed, write failure?):

Could it be that the Micron eMMCs handle commands slightly differently from known-compatible Samsung eMMCs such as the Samsung KLMEG8UCTA-B041, and if so, is it possible for the modchip firmware to account for this? I recall specific fixes had to be made for Toshiba and SanDisk eMMCs in the past. I will attach the datasheets for both the functional Samsung eMMC and the non-functional Micron eMMC below.
