After discussions with the humminbird team, we should switch the hummingbird extension to use the redhat registry to pull images, instead of the quay images. The red hat registry is intentionally not gated so it can be consumed by upstream projects. The quay repo is just part of the development toolchain and not intended to be published. Yes, we should have Podman Desktop swtich to registry.access.redhat.com
We only use quay.io/hummingbird for our internal builds, we've never publicized it. So, it would be better to have Podman Desktop pull from the registry.access.redhat.com so that all of our public usage is driven there.
