AI-assisted code review with custom rules. The PR redhat-cop/infra.leapp#400 adds a configuration file that has rules specific to this repository that this tool reads and reviews accordingly.
We have very good experience with CodeRabbit in https://github.com/linux-system-roles/.

Additional context for request

I have requested access for coderabbitai app to the redhat-cop organization in GH web UI. Most probably someone needs to approve it.

This is for paid use. I am using the free tier subscription for Open Source organizations. We use it in linux-system-roles too, completely free for public GH repos. There is a rate limit of ~4 (I don't remember the exact number) reviews per hour per a user.
