Looking for a way to show "deltas" for the ninjas - potentially part of the ninja wall dashboard. For example, number of points gained in time period X-to-Y.
This could then be taken to get a list of ninjas that have the "most points achieved" in the last month, quarter, etc. (useful for quarterly awards and/or other type of recognition).
