Update 2.28 is now functional on Pi3b, really looking good, I appreciate all the security fixes, enhancements, tweaks & bug fixes.
The logging, dashboard and trends are displaying data as expected after multiple updates.

1. DONE, removed "The instrument configuration page HX711 weight calibration routine is broken which sets the zero and slope to zero." Use Wizard!
2. The Weatherunderground API generated, initial testing did not work
3. The Air quality AirNow API is now working for PM2.5 only, Openmeteo is providing city weather data.
4. I get this immediate message when I perform an update: "Upgrade Request X Errored Out
   Nothing to do, you are at the latest version Error: Nothing to Upgrade", this despite an update is taking place and is eventually successful.
5. USB CAM NEW ISSUE!; Disconnecting then reconnecting USB cam, I was unable to get cam connection again. even after reboot, disabling & reenabling. PiCam TBD (not desirable IMO) due to ribbon cable/placement limitations, USB preferred. Donno how I got it working on one system but not another, may had to enable in Pi OS?
6. PENDING Ver 2.26. The main dashboard, weight and gain/loss readings in orange bar are static at zero.
7. DONE I2C Light intensity TSL2591 is not being read, perhaps setup_i2c.sh is not being called when sensor is enabled?

Enhancement requests

1. HOT!! Add in app ability to set sensors read / logging interval, as per setdatacollectiontime.sh
2. PERSONAL PREF: Trends order; weight & luminosity/lux, rain as primary (upper) combined.
3. PERSONAL PREF Increase trend default height ratio in wide compact view, ~3w:1h ratio.
4. DONE The pop out full page trend did not work, just a blank page. TBD? Trend for rain is solid ??, masks other trends!!.
5. PARTIAL, BUG? Add HiveControl orderly maintenance shutdown and restart functions,; PENDING; Pi shutdown command appears to latch. When repowered appears to re-execute the shutdown upon visiting the system commands page.
6. DONE Show Pi local time display, add descriptor text for last sensor read time on dashboard.
7. PENDING Add "system health", graphs (logging optional) & dynamic numeric gauge (~1 sec reads updates) for; CPU % utilization, WiFi signal strength in dB, RAM memory % utilized.
8. PENDING Add a sharable link to a read only Dashboard page, copy of user's configured dashboard without active menus
9. NEW REVISED The Temp/Hum wizard and instrument setup is crafted for a single DHT22, yet we typically have two, one in the brood nest, the other for ambient. The trends show both, but data for ambient comes from weather station not second DHT22. The configuration & test prompts should have choice to report readings for both sensors if present. The ability to switch which DHT22 is internal/external would be very helpful, perhaps implement GPIO 2-3 input pin reading swap feature.
10. In Wizard, Camera, please show the image/video not where to find the image as affirmation, "Camera Test
    Camera capture completed. Check /home/HiveControl/www/public_html/images/ for output.", this is not user friendly. Please add active link to file, or better, display the image file content.
11. When setting up a new system, the first screen presented is admin/hiveconfig.php, the legacy Hivetool "Basic Settings". This is redundant considering the superior Basic Settings in the "Wizard admin/setup-wizard.php?step=1". Please consolidate all into the Wizard Basic settings. Remove Legacy hiveconfig.php. Allow exiting wizard at any step, not forced to complete.
12. Add ability to get to the local Pi desktop or CLI from within HiveControl system commands, include local pi user & password auth. Add desktop shortcut to start HiveControl

I really appreciate your efforts to make HiveControl So So much better. I'm getting ready to deploy a system in the field.
I just want to install a Pi or USB camera, TSL 2591 light sensor and likely a USB WiFi dongle. Also hope to get one of my on site weather stations data incorporated.

WXUnderground - I've rewrote the function, now that IBM allows PWS owners access. You'll need to get an API key now and supply to the hive. If I remember correctly, it is also limited to how many pulls a day, so if you have more than one hive, it might fail. Make sure to configure the Weather fallbacks. The Weather Health dashboard will show you what's working and what isn't.

"Add descriptor text for last sensor read time on dashboard." - This is already present on the dashboard, I moved it and made it more clear what that date/time represented.

I just connected and enabled a new TSL 2591 (I2C) — High-range digital light sensor as per Hivetool instructions.

I am unable to read the data in the wizard, repeated error messages - check connections.. I tried restarting the Pi and tested the pins continuity and supply 3.3V voltage, all ok.
Perhaps you could check the I2C Adafruit legacy driver, may now be inoperable or superseded?

On Dashboard, would it be too much to ask, IF camera enabled THEN display the current still image refresh every time data is polled. Add button to refresh picture.
Add option for push alert data and current image if available to user via (email or prefer sms) if weight change exceeds swarm threshold. This was from prior issue request. If I'm asking too much shout back, I don't want to overload you.

Added SnapShot to the main dashboard if you are in normal view. Push alerts require a significant implementation. SMS costs real money and not easy for DIY shops. The hive software will popup alerts on the console for things like swarming and robbing.

I switched USB cam to new monitor hivecontrol2 however somehow when I restarted it I became disconnected from connect and don't know how to get to desktop now, can only get to hivecontrol gui. Is there a way to get out of hivecontrol to desktop?
On hivecontrol1 after reinstalling USB camera, it aparently isn't detected and no image appears, again I can't get to desktop to troubleshoot using IP address, just hivecontrol gui. I'd guess this is by design? My limited experience...

New upgraded sensor support for temp/humidity, Adafruit AHT-20. low process overhead, Nice! (https://www.adafruit.com/product/5183)
Hopefully this AHT-20 version will work with updated driver, it seems a drop in replacement for the DHT22 as employed on the Pi Sensor PCB using 6P/4C RJ connectors. Also suitable for brood nest positioning, without fouling due to cage design.
Are you using the HiveTool sensor interface board, ver 1,2,3? I'm hoping to make available again if enough interest.

...if you're already dealing with an I2C buss for the T/H sensors.... I'd suggest a mechanical advantage is gained just using off the shelf, fully assembled SHT31x sensors that have a TRRS 4 pole 2.5mm phono plug at the end of a 12ft cable! It's what I've been using in my hives for years now.
I use them all over the place. here. There is even a version with micropore mesh across the holes that can be buried in the ground for soil moisture measurements.... example vivosun version

The biggest advantage is the stainless steel tube and tiny size of the senor assy itself
