Working on migration to traefik v2.1, need a branch to push to

I've started working on migrating this so that it will support Traefik 2.1. If you'll create a different branch to track that version I'll create a PR to push to it once I have something ready. Don't know how else to contact you. Thanks.

@claflico , sorry about long delay answer. More than happy to accept your PR, please, feel free to submit it. I've created a new branch to v.1 and master branch should manage new traefik versions.

I don't know. It's been so long since I worked on it and I'm no longer employed at the company where I was using it. It might be a good starting point if someone wants to run with it.
