Need to set advertise.listeners by myself

It's impossible to expose access to client outside of rancher. There is proxy between rancher and clients. So, should let user to set their advertise.listeners.

@xpbug , no, it's not impossible to access kafka outside rancher.

If you are deploying kafka from community catalog, you need to set kafka_pub_ip to advertise broker host ip instead container ip, and provide external access.
