improvement: scrolling notification ticker that replaces "ratspeak.org" on the header when there are new messages

It's a good idea, something I would apply to rsPager/rsDeck/rsCardputer as a unified feature most likely.

For context, I chose to put it up there to begin with just because I thought early on it could help grow the mesh if people were to share pics/videos of the device or share it amongst friends, they'd easily know where to go to learn/start. Though I knew eventually that it should be replaced, and personally I would much prefer useful function up there. So maybe that time is approaching.

Will keep this open as a todo item that I can hopefully get to soon.

To be fair I think the ratspeak URL should stay until there are unread messages. I agree that the shareability is better when the firmware has a brand, so to speak.

Related I love the cute ratspeak logo and I think it should be used more like on the boot screen.
