Package Missed？

In ' image_reader_nima.py', the 8 line, I couldn't find anything about ' maxentropy'.
I'd like to know where do you import this package.

And when I run the train_vgg_nima.py, at line 254, it shows that
'SyntaxError: name 'logger' is used prior to global declaration'
Do you know why?
