Objective

Create, validate, submit, and publish the Deep Focus V1 release without reducing quality to fit conditional scope.

Dependency

Phase 9 release-hardening criteria pass.

Milestones

• V1 scope and stability checkpoint: 2026-11-15
• Beta target: 2026-11-30
• Store submission target: 2026-12-15
• Public V1 release target: 2027-01-01

Checklist

• Freeze the approved release scope after the checkpoint decision.
• Create and tag the release candidate.
• Validate production Android and supported iOS builds.
• Complete beta distribution and resolve release-blocking feedback.
• Finalize version, changelog, release notes, screenshots, and store metadata.
• Verify production secrets, backend configuration, monitoring, and rollback/recovery plans.
• Submit the approved builds to the stores by the target date.
• Complete final pre-publication smoke tests.
• Publish Deep Focus V1 on the approved date.
• Record release status and move deferred conditional work to V1.1/Post-V1.

Exit rule

Close only after the production release is live, verified, documented, and recoverable.

Definition of done

• Required behavior is implemented and validated.
• Loading, empty, error, persistence, recovery, and accessibility states are covered where relevant.
• Relevant TypeScript, lint, automated, and device checks pass.
• Documentation and docs/CHANGELOG.md are updated when behavior changes.
• No known release-blocking defect remains.
