command line arguments or provide drif.rom

cant currently bootstrap on windows since drifblim is uxncli only i think since uxn32 doesnt work with command arguments as far as i can see.
there is also no drif.rom provided anywhere i could find to do the GUI version which feels like a massive oversight.

Uxn32 does support command line arguments ( https://github.com/randrew/uxn32/blob/master/uxn32.c#L2911 ). It should work with drifblim, unless something has changed that I'm not aware of. Maybe drifblim expects the command line arguments to be passed in some new way and the change wasn't publicized?

It looks like the way Uxn/Varvara handles command line arguments has changed at some point, and I never received word of this. I'll try to see if I can update Uxn32 for it soon. It doesn't look too difficult.

@cosmix-pics a new version of drifblim was just put out by neauoire that should work with the current version of Uxn32 until I'm able to get time to add the new feature to Uxn32.
