[Task]:Switch source for binaries to BCI/openSUSE

Per the title, it would be good to switch our binary sources from fetching them upstream to SLE/BCI or openSUSE sources. At a later time we may create new issues to track applying this change to each binary one by one. The binaries in this image we could improve with this method are:

• k9s
  • https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/k9s
• kustomize - Removed from image.
  • https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory/kustomize
• kubectl
  • https://build.opensuse.org/project/subprojects/isv:kubernetes:core:stable

In order to pull this off we will need to ensure that each binary is available in at least amd64 and arm64 builds.

This idea will be possible eventually - just pending some RST work that needs to be prioritized before we can act on it within Shell.
